Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Cumbria, England. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off.
