Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Majuli, Assam. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. We are looking for good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; able to stand on your feet for long shifts. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
