Abattoir worker — Tureta

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Tureta, Sokoto State. The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
