Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Harrison County, Kentucky. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
