Line cook wanted in Logan County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Logan County, Illinois. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
