Vacancy available: fry cook (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Grayson County, Kentucky. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
