Dough maker wanted in Wokingham

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Wokingham, England. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
