Tandoor cook wanted in Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Jackson County, Oregon. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
