Chef de partie wanted in Fannin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Fannin County, Texas. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
