Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Matazu, Katsina State. Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
