The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift.
