Trainee butcher — Kankara

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Kankara, Katsina State. On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate We offer ₦165,000 per month plus benefits.
