Day to day you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds.
