Estate gardener — Gem County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an estate gardener in Gem County, Idaho. The job is at a private estate garden. Your main tasks: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
