You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers On a typical shift you will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; sand and fill walls before applying primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover.
