We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Ifedayo, Osun State. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry The role involves: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together We offer ₦240,000 per month plus benefits.
