Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Bailey County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
