Landscape gardener — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Jefferson County, Florida. You will work at a private estate garden. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Day to day you will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
