Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Macon County, Illinois. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
