Bakery assistant • Stoddard County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Stoddard County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
