The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
