On a typical shift you will collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; handle cash and card payments at the counter; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp. What we are looking for: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis Rotating shifts.
