Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests 1+ years on the tools preferred.
