We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Rano, Kano State. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 5+ years on the tools preferred.
