Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Morris County, Kansas. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
