Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Box Elder County, Utah. The job is in a five-star hotel. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; check back during the meal and handle special requests. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Performance bonus on top of base pay.
