Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Miami County, Ohio. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Full-time with occasional weekends.
