The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
