What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
