Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Aba South, Abia State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
