Powder coating operator wanted in Sapele

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Sapele, Delta State. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
