Kitchen steward wanted in Clark County

Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
