Dish pit attendant • Mahoning County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
