Meat trimmer wanted in Bayo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bayo, Borno State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
