Vacancy available: we are hiring a horticulturist in Binji, Sokoto State. The job is at a plant nursery. What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Happy to work outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Full-time, day shift.
