Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Jerome County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
