Bodywork technician wanted in Saint Clair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Saint Clair County, Illinois. You will work at a busy body shop. You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly 3+ years on the tools preferred.
