Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
