Short order cook — Ede South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Ede South, Osun State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
