Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ori Ire, Oyo State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer ₦190,000 per month plus benefits.
