We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ray County, Missouri. You will work in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
