Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kinney County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
