The role involves knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Six days a week, one day off.
