Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
