Cook wanted in Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Madison County, Illinois. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
