Punch press operator wanted in Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a punch press operator in Montgomery County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Your main tasks: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
