Chef de partie wanted in Ohaozara

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ohaozara, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
