Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Giade, Bauchi State. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
