Kitchen cook wanted in Ningi

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ningi, Bauchi State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
