Great opportunity: catering cook (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Menard County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
